Pravatanalini Mohapatra: VICE PRESIDENT: A leading activist, founder member of PRAKALPA and has been a torch bearer in leading the organisation to its present position.
Biplab Mishra:SECRETARY AND PROJECT DIRECTOR: The Founder Secretary of the organisation, a leading activist of Orissa, his voice demand command, a two time ex-president of the College union in Keponjhar , a strong educational background, declined many lucrative offers from the corporate sector , to set up this NGO. He is the driving force who has helped shape the vision, mission and the road PRAKALPA has taken in all those years.
Kiran Shankar Sahu:Member, Executive Committee, A leading social activist in Keonjhar, The founder member of the Citizen Forum of Keonjhar, an engineer from IIT, Kharagpur, who served the the Indian Air Force and retired as a Wing Commander, one of the finest minds in India, who has been the strong root of the organisation through his strong arguments, his analytical mind and the bundle of knowledge that he has.Undoubtedly, an asset to any organisation, where he agrees to be a part of.
Madhav Sardar: Member, Executive Committee An ex-MLA, a youth leader, a true man of the masses, he charms by his presence, his simplicity and his humility.
Bijoylaxmi Dixit: Member, Executive Committee An educationist and Social Activist, she is a charming woman, who weas a teacher by profession, is still a teacher at heart. Her vast knowledge, her strong perceptions, her foresight and her special touch of a woman , give our organisation a strong feminist base, that we are truely proud of.
Pradeep Kumar Panda:Treasurer: Our Accountant and Treasurer, completed his accounts training and after a stint at the laeding Cooperative of orissa and a leading corporate house came and joined in the PRAKALPA’s endeavour for the society and has given a strong support to the organisation through his soft spoken yet strong arguments.
